The Link Women Fellowship Programme, an UN Women India initiative supported by LinkedIn India and implemented by Plan India, is breaking these barriers. Through intensive three-day orientation sessions in Indore and Mumbai, Fellows gained critical knowledge in Financial Literacy, POSH, and SRHR, and crafted actionable career plans. This isn’t just training, it’s empowerment in action With structured mentorship, career linkages, and a roadmap for success, these women are stepping into leadership roles with confidence and purpose.
