Description:
The air source unit shares a set of fuel tanks with the vehicle chassis, one on each side, which are respectively installed on both sides of the vehicle frame. They are connected in the middle through ball valves and conduits, and share the vehicle chassis oil float and oil gauge

The chassis frame assembly of the air source unit adopts an integral frame type, which is connected to the vehicle frame with U-bolts and connecting plates. The middle main body part is made of channel steel welded into a frame, which evenly distributes the concentrated load generated by the engine and compressor on the vehicle frame. The four sides are made of high-quality carbon steel plates bent into aprons and welded to the main body part to form a high-strength, integrated chassis frame. It bears the weight of the unit and the casing.

The engine and compressor of the air source unit are directly connected through an elastic coupling. The unit is connected to the chassis frame through outriggers and shock absorbers, thus avoiding the mutual transmission of vibrations and reducing noise. The engine exhaust pipe is equipped with an exhaust muffler. The turbocharger and the muffler are connected through a reducer, a elbow, and a metal bellows. The muffler is installed outside the cover, which effectively reduces vibration and noise and improves the high-temperature performance of the air source vehicle.
