Complete working unit. We simply don't use it anymore. It is too much for our little plasma table, we no longer have a big one. This unit also comes with boxes and boxes of extras, spare boards, parts. Cutting gas controller. Makes beautiful cuts. We bought a water jet for the super fine work we do. This unit has the robotic style cutting head with the built in Torch Height Control. We didn't end up using the robotic properties and just had the head mounted vertically. AND we include ANOTHER SPARE robotic torch. This unit has a complete SPARE torch height controller (ebay listings for this controller are $2,500+) plus boxes and boxes of other parts. The unit sits on a custom roll cart we built for it. Everything is on the cart, still plugged in and assembled.
