Yoga Prevention Online course Approved by Central Testing Center for Prevention (ZPP)

This eight-week online yoga course has been certified by the Central Testing Center for Prevention (ZPP), which means that participants receive up to 100% of the participation fee refunded by their statutory health insurance company. Anyone with statutory insurance is entitled to prevention according to Section 20 of the Social Security Code. This online course offers participants the great advantage of being able to practice yoga from anywhere and without time pressure. Anyone can take part in this online course, even if they have no yoga experience. And even if you have any questions, an experienced support team is on hand. About the course In eight high-quality module videos of 60 minutes each, we explain the yoga teachings in theory and practice, why stress arises in the first place, how you can counteract your stress with our breathing, meditation and yoga techniques, how your body and mind and, above all, your soul can find inner peace and quiet, and how you can use these practices outside of the course.
