Yoga Prevention Online course Approved by Central Testing Center for Prevention (ZPP)

This eight-week online yoga course has been certified by the Central Testing Center for Prevention (ZPP), which means that participants receive up to 100% of the participation fee refunded by their statutory health insurance company. Anyone with statutory insurance is entitled to prevention according to Section 20 of the Social Security Code. This online course offers participants the great advantage of being able to practice yoga from anywhere and without time pressure.
