The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and able to multitask. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet visitors, clients, and employees, providing a warm and professional welcome. 2. Manage the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment. 3. Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle messages. 4. Handle room bookings, meeting arrangements, and conference room setup. 5. Maintain accurate records, files, and databases. 6. Provide administrative support to teams, including printing, scanning, and photocopying. 7. Manage mail, packages, and courier services. 8. Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring security protocols are followed. 9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. 10. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
